We are preparing shareholder payouts and need each shareholder to check their information, nominate a bank account and verify their identity. It takes about ten minutes, and you can return to your link at any time.
How it works

Every shareholder receives an email with a Record ID and a personal link that opens only their own record.
Check your details
Confirm your name, address and contact details in one click, or choose Update to correct them.
Add payout information
Enter the shares you hold, nominate the bank account for your payout and give your consent.
Verify your identity
Upload a photo ID and a recent proof of address so the payout goes to the right person.
What you will need
- Your Record ID (it looks like NCC-A7K92P) and the link from your email
- BSB and account number of the bank account to receive the payout
- A driver's licence or passport
- A utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months
Lost your link?
Enter your Record ID and we will email a new link to the address we hold for you. Nothing on this website can open a record without it.

We never ask for a password, and we never send bank details or identity documents by email.

Each link opens a single shareholder record. Links expire and can be reissued at any time.
